Thought of the Day:Faith in the divine plan turns uncertainty into a sacred adventure.
No matter how much we earn, if we have a comfortable meal at home, it's all a waste. In some people, the ration that is brought in the morning is empty in the evening, or even if it is cooked, it is not enough for anyone's stomach.
If you have this kind of problem, you should definitely invite Annapurneswari in your kitchen. If you recite this "Annapurna Stotra" composed by Shankaracharya, no matter what kind of famine comes your family will not have any problem of food.
Annapurna, the mother who gave alms to Lord Shiva, advises us to give alms too. What is the story behind this hymn? And let's see here how housewives should read it.
Once when Adi Shankaracharya went to Kashi, Shiva himself was standing there holding a begging bowl in hunger. Lord Shiva himself is hungry, what is the story of ordinary people, Shankara thinks.
Then he immediately prayed to Goddess Annapurneswari and composed this hymn. Mother manifestly gives the boon of food not only to Shiva but to the entire world.

What we eat is not just to fill our stomach, it also develops our intellect. In this hymn comes the line "Jnan Vairagya Siddhyrtham Bhiksham Dehi".
Andre means "Mother, not just stomach, give me good intellect and knowledge as alms". If you have a meal saying this, the children will get good education and culture.
Housewives should hum this stotra while cooking instead of thinking differently. Then a divine energy will come in that cooking and no disease will come to those who eat it.
Keep an Annapurneswari photo in the kitchen and say this while cooking rice or lighting the stove. It enhances the taste of cooking and prevents drought at home.
Every day before sitting down for lunch or dinner, sit in front of the plate and recite this stotra once. Or while washing the rice and serving it, you can say it in your mind.
If you light a lamp in Annapurna on Friday or Navratri, offer payas and recite this hymn, your wealth will increase. Come, let's pray to that mother.
Here is the prayer of that mother. There are no numbers in it.

Note:This hymn and its background story are based on Hindu religious beliefs. Giving food and respecting rice is part of Indian culture. Proper economic management is also important for food shortages.
